As a Cloud Dev SecOps Engineer you will work to increase the rate of deployment of components and patterns whilst also ensuring compliance and security good practices are maintained. You will work to accelerate the pace of cloud transformation by ensuring compliance to security standards is met during the development process to reduce risk and delay and exemplify cloud security expertise and good practice in secure by design and security tooling.
As a member of the Cloud Services Team (CST) you’ll be part of a globally dispersed team working flexibly to support incidents and change in alignment with business priorities. You will enable the team to work to Remote First principles and be responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy functioning team.
Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to:
- Enables the integration of cloud network, infra and SecOps concepts to deliver products, components, and patterns
- Ensures consistency of approach/knowledge share on security engineering standards and guardrails

You will need to be able to display you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a Dev SecOps Engineer
- Relevant technical certifications: AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Technologies
- Knowledge/experience of information security for the cloud, e.g. firewalls, Patter hardening,
- Experience of implementing DevSecOps approach and tools within a large organisation
- Knowledge/experience of working with infrastructure as code (IaC) (preferably Terraform)
- Experience of working with a variety of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell or Go
- Knowledge/experience of delivering new services/features via an agile DevOps approach
- Experience of the Microsoft Azure platform
- Exposure to good practice, market risks and industry trends
