In this role:

  • The TL shall be responsible for overseeing all contract positions related to security engineering, analysis, auditing, and office automation requirements as it relates to Cloud, but also considers the broader IT implications. This position shall additionally provide practical engineering advice and guidance, to promote optimized outcomes for the end users.
  • The TL shall also ensure the information that is produced from the engineering and security support processes supported by the contract must be incorporated into the various Cloud Computing Program Office (CCPO) documentation and user facing material.
  • The candidate must possess an understanding of policy management best practices within cloud providers to include full compliance with the program's Cloud Cyber Security Plan and other compliance mandates applicable to the program.
  • The TL coordinates across the contract team and with the Government group leads to ensure the technical team's creation of technical reports are complete and timely manner.
  • This may include proposals for policy edits, support with Congressional language for Statute and Regulation, analytic assessment reports of Program Cloud use, and a myriad of other technical topics that will be required as the Department becomes familiar with the cloud program.


Required Skills

  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
  • Knowledge of security engineering, analysis, auditing, and office automation requirements and preparing solutions to important and severe management problems.
  • Have a strong understanding of policy management best practices within cloud providers, and in quality assurance and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Will mentor and coordinate with team members and interface with Government stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive skill in using computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.


Required Experience

  • Masters' degree
  • A minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Experience in managing large and complex teams. T
  • Experience with understanding of how the Department of Defense operates and have extensive skills in team management and project execution.
