The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the project management of new and existing clinical programdevelopment efforts. This position is accountable for ensuring the Health Services Clinical Department is informed and ready to launch new programs and enhancements to existing programs according to the Health Services Clinical and Product Development roadmap timeline. Work product will include program descriptions, work and process flow documents, project management plans, and metric/data analytics.

What You Will Do:

  • Determine key clinical requirements and tasks necessary for development and implementation of new clinical programs
  • Develop project plan and timeline for proper development and implementation of all Health Services Clinical deliverables
  • Support clinical and quality development, implementation and ongoing management for large health plans and key accounts
  • Coordinate and develop department and corporate metrics and dashboard
  • Ensure collaboration and coordination with Product Managers
  • Participate in research and evaluation of new Product initiatives that require clinical involvement
  • Coordinate the review and evaluation among lead Senior Medical Directors and clinicians to ensure clinical soundness of new programs and changes to existing programs
  • Develop business requirement documents for clinical programs
  • Document clinical program process flows and other departmental documentation
  • Communicate in a timely fashion to other clinical and provider areas such as Quality and Provider Relations about key deliverables in new program development
  • Support Health Service's redmine process as needed
  • Support internal team members (Medical Directors, clinical quality) and departments such as product, operations, sales, account management and marketing with necessary clinical program knowledge and troubleshooting
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in relevant field (years of relevant work experience may be substituted)
  • MPH, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years work experience in a professional work environment required (less with master's degree)
  • Previous program management or related experience in healthcare, Healthcare IT experience a plus
  • Experience in telehealth, behavioral health or chronic care management preferred
  • Expertise in relevant business software (Excel, PPT, Visio, Microsoft Project)
