Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Pharmacy at North Broward Hospital District in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pharmacist license as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida with Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.). At least three years of hospital experience with emphasis in specialty area. Post Graduate Year One(PGY1) or Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) Pharmacy Residency Training preferred. Board Certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties consistent with practice needs of our institution preferred. The individual must exhibit excellent communication skills, diversity acceptance to both language and culture; along with compassion for the patient needs. Also should possess critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work in a fast paced teaching institution. Provides expertise in clinical activities relating to various clinical programs for the department of pharmacy in order to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
