Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking Full-Time Clinical Manager of Social Services
As one of the leaders of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, the Clinical Manager provides direct patient care as well as administrative supervison to the primary therapists and assures the departmenet provides excllent service to patients on all inpatient units served by the department. The Clinical Manager ensures compliance for quality, patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Education: MSW from an accredited college or university
Professional License: LISW-S
Five years previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility with direct experience with group therapy, crisis intervention, & treatment planning required. Prior experience as a supervisor or manager is strongly preferred.
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
