We are looking for Clinical Liaison for our client in Columbus, OH

Job Title: Clinical Liaison

Job Location: Columbus, OH - 02116

Job Type: Regular Full Time

Job Description:

  • Required Clinical Liaison
  • The Community Liaison (CL) is responsible for executing the sales and marketing plan in a defined territory
  • The CL will work closely with state and branch management to promote the Caregiver Homes program with the goal of meeting/exceeding qualified case and active case goals
  • The CL will report to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) or Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM)
  • The CL will interface regularly and effectively with Area Directors, District Managers, Branch Managers, and Clinical Managers to understand and be responsive to internal and external factors that may affect customer service, capacity and demand issues
  • The CL will work with the ASM/DSM and the corporate marketing team, as necessary/appropriate, to develop and deploy a marketingcampaign

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates commitment to company mission, vision and values through professional conduct and individual job performance
  • Ensures alignment with corporate, state and branch specific goals and objectives
  • Works in collaboration with ASM/DSM and Operation Managers
  • Develops, implements and executes on quarterly strategic plans to meet/exceed qualified case and active case goals
  • Prospects, identifies, qualifies, quantifies and prioritizes all potential referral sources in the territory with a specific focus on community based, grass root referral sources (non-professional referral sources)
  • Works with the ASM/DSM and Operations Managers to develop thoughtful and strategic approaches to reach families in culturally diverse communities, who may be less connected to and less trusting of health care and social service professionals
  • Ensures that sales and marketing practices/standards and customer relations management tools are applied consistently across the territory
  • Position is field based and requires travel by automobile within assigned geographic area
  • Expectation that 80% of time spent in the field selling/marketing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in social services, human services, elder services, homecare, or healthcare, with knowledge of elders with complex medical conditions and people with disabilities and programs in the community and across the continuum of care
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience in related field
  • Experience in sales and marketing of healthcare services is preferred
  • Bilingual beneficial
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Minimum 2 years experiencerequired
  • State license status must be currently active
