  • Responsible for the design methodology, statistical analysis and presentation of Quality Improvement measurement activities and processes at Community Medical Centers.
  • Serves as project manager related to designated ongoing studies in the Medical Decision Support and Quality Management departments. Interacts and advises medical leaders as well as CMC stakeholders with data interpretation and ensures CMC is regulatory compliant with data and its usage.
  • Acts as a team lead to all Medical Decision Support staff.


Experience and education minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous employment in a highly confidential position.
  • 5 years of applicable experience.
  • Experience with report writing tools.
  • Experience with scriptinglanguages.
  • Experience with some programming languages.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and direction.

PREFERRED: Master's degree and healthcare background.
