The Pharmacy Department at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to be responsible for the development and coordination of informational and educational activities; contribute to the quality assurance activities of the Pharmacy Department in order to assure the safe, effective and cost-effective use of drugs within the Medical Center and assist the Pharmacy Administrators in the management of pharmaceutical care by Pharmacy staff in order to assure the safe, effective and cost-effective use of drugs within the Medical Center.
A Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency and PA State Board of Pharmacy License required. Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Must exhibit strong computer literacy; communication skills; time management and organizational skills; decision-making skills and the ability to provide support and direction for other staff members.
