JOB SUMMARY

The Consultant leads and executes assigned client engagements using proven leansix sigma change and improvement methodologies and techniques. The consultant develops relationships with senior executives in client organizations, facilitates process improvement, and targets activities to achieve desired client outcomes.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as the key interface with the senior executives of assigned clients and maintains ongoing direct communication related to consulting project status and operational improvements and challenges
  • Consistently communicates client outcomes and project status with all appropriate internal and external teams
  • Under the direction of the Managing Director and/or Managing Consultant tracks the financial aspects of the total consulting project and makes adjustments to the project plan to maintain total scope, TeleTracking resources, and deliverables within defined budget
  • Solicits regular voice of customer feedback related to improvement opportunities and maintains the responsibility to modify the plan to support the most ideal client experience and ultimately identifies and implements consulting improvements in collaboration with entire consultingservice
  • Works with marketing and sales to provide speaking engagements, written case studies, or other communications critical to broadening our market visibility
  • Assures that the project plan and execution actively uses data to assess improvements and monitors all activities towards that improvement
  • Participates as appropriate in prospective client meetings so that the operational and clinical improvement plan and its execution becomes a key focus of client work
  • Is responsible to bring industry trends and best practice information to theconsulting team, project team and to the client’s executive team and monitors adherence to these best practices
  • Maintains ongoing communication with assigned clients following the completion of    the project deliverables or following a TeleTracking implementation and documents all clientactivitiesinSalesforceandinappropriateotherinternallocations

EDUCATION

Master’s Nursing, Business or Healthcare-Related Area-Preferred

Bachelor’s Nursing, Business or Healthcare-Related Area-Required

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 5+ years of hospital management experience with concentration in healthcare operations
  • 5+ years of direct patientcareexperience
  • 5+ years ofconsulting experience
  • Proven ability to lead project work and inspireateam
  • Proven expertise in applied use of performance improvement and change management with certification preferred
  • Solid command of ALL TeleTracking IT solutions and demonstrates strong healthcare operational expertise
  • Business and operational acumen and is skilled at collaborating with senior healthcare executives as well as front line staff
  • Possessessystemsandprocessperspectiveofhealthcareoperations
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence others through sound technical and operational
  • knowledge and professionally articulates and leads change and improvement internally at TeleTracking and directly with clients
  • Demonstrates a strong presentation skill set with both written andoralcontent
  • Maintains a strong command of all relevant healthcare industrydevelopments,practices, and innovations and demonstrates the use of these practices consistently in client work
  • Maintains a strong command of performance improvement (PI) and applies the use of data and PI methodology, change management, and Lean Six Sigma towards all clientwork
