Clinical Applications Pharmacist – Epic Ambulatory Analyst
The Clinical Applications Pharmacist for the Johns Hopkins Home Care Group will provide oversight to the Epic build team on the configuration of a platform to support pharmacy services for both outpatient and infusion lines of business. This individual will work collaboratively with multiple teams during the implementation phase and on an ongoing basis. This role will require a strong background analyzing requirements from clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, creating project schedules and other tasks leading to validation and build. The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in the support, design, build, validation and guidance to ensure the successful system implementation. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential as well as a firm clinical background is needed to effectively communicate with design teams and stakeholders.
