This role allows NHmg to provide on-going services while recruiting for a CA. The position must understand the culture of the clinic they are responsible for, ability to manage team members. Interim Clinic Svs Mgr II will provide clinical functions, interim leadership skills, competencies toclinics and Interim Clinic Svs Mgr I. Ability to acclimate new team members and Interim Clinic Svs Mgr I to Novant Health’s culture; they may be temporarily responsible for one clinic or multiple clinics. Interim Clinic Svs Mgr II manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to theoperations of a medium to large complex physician clinic; ability to provide a seamless hand off tonew CA and RM.
This is an experienced level practice management position with a high level of complexity. Practice scope is complex for number of providers, staff and revenue with a larger geographical area and expected to provide interim clinic management for two or more clinics. Willingness to travel basedupon clinic assignments within the primary market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Five years of leadership experience with two-plus years of practice manager experience required.
- Additional skills required:Ability to adjust and adapt to changing clinic environments; knowledgeof equipment used in performing job duties; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, Payroll and purchasing processes; team building, conflictmanagement, and interpersonal relationship skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations; decision making, delegation and communication skills.
