The clinic serves patients across the lifespan in the primary care clinic and serves as a women's health practice. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be a team-player who uses a collaborative and strategic approach to solve problems, has experience in LEAN, or other quality improvement methods and has demonstrated strong people skills. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the clinic while promoting the overall organizational goals. The incumbent will participate in the development of organizational processes and procedures and is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of these to ensure the practice is operating within expectations and performance goals are met or exceeded.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
48 months professional experience as a nurse
Will accept an Associate’s degree in Nursing and 72 months professional experience as a nurse
Will accept a master’s degree in Nursing and 24 months professional as a nurse
State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse license/certification.
BLS and/or CPR certification(s).
Will be required to travel to the main campus for weekly/monthly meetings; as needed.
12 months or more supervisory experience in a Nurse capacity.
