In this position you will:
Oversee clinic participation and compliance in all SMG programs
Oversee quality and medical management programs for the clinic; assure compliance of same.
Identify and address patient concerns and complaints in an appropriate, timely manner and in accordance with SMG customer service guidelines. Review and respond to patient satisfaction data. Recommend and implement process improvement to address areas of deficiency.
Oversee communication between patients and the Billing Office, including financial arrangements and charity care requests as needed.
Ensure clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies; continually monitor operations and programs and initiate changes as necessary.
Works closely with the Director of Operations and the Clinic Medical Director(s) to ensure that expectations of the patients and providers are met.
Required qualificationsfor this position include:
Bachelor’sdegree in health-related field or business required plus 5years minimum experience in healthcare management, physician practice management and/orclinical operations; OR 9 years equivalent workexperience which includes management experience
Demonstratedprogression into increasingly responsible leadership/management roles
Preferred qualificationsfor this position include:
Previousmulti-specialty clinic management experience
