Job Summary:
The Client Systems Administrator works under general supervision to plan, design, sustain, and performance-tune Systems and Backup environments across the organization. This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures to ensure provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals and objectives.
Additional responsibilities include trouble ticket escalation, implementing solutions per a design document, occasional design work, and documentation of design plans.
Essential Functions:
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal team members
• Installing & Configuring Server Hardware/Operating System/Active Directory/Domain Controller
• Administer and Manage Enterprise Email Solution
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS and DHCP
• Manage Maintain and Troubleshoot Windows and Vmware systems
• Perform work that is complex & varied
• Develop integrated solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues
• Adhere to SLA's regarding systems and backup
• Provide guidance and documentation for customers following best practice principles
• Recommend systems, hardware, software, upgrades, and patches
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner that generates the company’s brand loyalty

Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience are required
• Microsoft certification preferred
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem analysis experience
• Background with Microsoft Office Products
• Process Documentation Creation
• Through understanding of system, storage architecture design techniques, theories, and practices
• Knowledge of cloud computing services, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
• Advanced Understanding of Virtualization technologies – VMWare & Hyper-V
• Remote Desktop Technologies - Microsoft Terminal Services & Citrix
• Active Directory - User Account Creation / Group Policy Management
• Strong background with Windows Server Operating Systems
• Understanding of LAN and WAN configuration and management
• Ability to identify key issues and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges
• Effective leadership and the ability to coach mentor and motivate a staff of business and technical professionals
• Effective oral and written communications and the ability to communicate with people on all levels of the organization
• Must be able to interact with staff and customers in a professional environment
• Willingness to grow/improve current skill as well as gain additional knowledge and skills
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Occasional night and weekend work is required
• On-Call rotation
• Occasional travel is required
