Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager is primarily responsible for owning and maintaining positive client relationships. The Client Success Manager will focus on program growth and strategic thought leadership in addition to overseeing day-to-day processes, relationships and issue management for our clients.


In this role, you will:

  • Work with clients to help them extract maximum value from OneSpace services and ensure high levels of product utilization, resulting in high retention
  • Build value-­based relationships with clients ensuring they receive best in class service
  • Establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships with senior executives and decision makers at all levels of an organization
  • Provide subject-­matter expertise on OneSpace services by becoming a power user of our proprietary software
  • Manage core components of the project lifecycle:   Leverage your creativity, intellect and get-it-done attitude, in order to advance our company’s vision for the future
    • Manage project scope and client expectations  
    • Proactively monitor results of projects and pivot strategy based on feedback and results
    • Approves final project deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Manage the retention and renewal process for your book of business

To win in this role, you need:

  • Strategy-level experience with digital content marketing for eCommerce and CPG companies
  • Experienced leader/manager of digital teams and clients
  • Experienced project manager
  • Flexible, self-starter who can take ownership of multiple, fast moving projects at once
  • Quick thinker with proven ability to handle client interactions and project management
  • Ability to analyze information into action and recommendations – and then compile into marketing plans/presentation decks
  • Technical knowledge of and enthusiasm for digital trends, analytics tools, best practices and data-driven solutions with the ability to learn and adapt to new concepts
  • A command of written and visual communications with an original and clear point of view
  • Proactive thinker and doer with a bias for action


  • 5+ years of digital marketing agency and/or consulting experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership/management position of digital teams/projects
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Robust knowledge and experienceworking with Consumer Goods and Shopper Marketing clients
  • Strong working knowledge of eCommerce best practices, SEO, keyword research, digital marketing trends, marketplace websites (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc)  and web analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce exceptional work (written, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) independently and efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate on a compelling pitch that is client focused — clearly articulating the recommendation, the strategy behind it, and the benefits of activating it
  • History of creating innovative concepts that have positively impacted revenue
  • A proven collaborator and relationship-builder with experience leading executive-level engagements
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and forecast management
  • Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional partnerships / established relationships
  • Experience combining data and information into key findings
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities
