EZ Texting is seeking a strong candidate to join our Client Success Management team. The Client Success Managers work closely with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure their success with our products and services, while having a lot of fun along the way.
The Client Success Manager handles support and consulting inquiries from our customers via phone, chat, and email. In addition, we will look to you to help manage relationships, as well as to collaborate in designing processes that more effectively manage customer support issues and pain points. You may also be asked to plan and conduct webinars for our customers (voice, not video).
