This individual must be able to open new doors and enjoy constant learning. He or she is open, creative, and able to effectively understand and communicate who we are and the value we bring. This person carries a positive attitude while being balanced and intuitive. This person has a sense of humor, a fun personality and is personable. They must be comfortable in a small company environment.

He or she consistently provides the highest quality of work and possesses a strong work ethic. This person is a highly motivated self-starter who is committed to the success of the group. At Leading EDJE, it’s all about the ‘WE’. This person should be able to work with a great deal of independence to be successful.

It’s essential that this person multi-task while knowing how to prioritize. He or she is resourceful, knowledgeable and thinks outside of the box. This person isn’t afraid to leave his or her comfort zone or admit failure.

This strategic thinker is detail-oriented and organized while keeping a bigger perspective than just the task at hand. Being a good communicator, both orally and written, means that this person presents well.

The Client Solutions specialist needs to work well with our internal team. They must be able to build relationships with all EDJErs and balance our team's needs with our client needs. They need to be willing to build trusting relationships and adhere to a ‘team’ mentality.

-A successful Client Solutions Specialist demonstrates proficiency in completing the following activities:

-Creating new client relationships

-Grow existing client relationships

-Day-to-day contact for client and establish regular meeting cadence

-Work with technical team to come up with out of the box ideas for clients

-Ability to create and recognize opportunities

-Meet margin and revenue goals set by LE leadership team

-Uncover opportunities for project work

-Understand core work that falls into our area of expertise

-Ability to talk through technical solutions at a high level

-Ability to comfortably meet with C-level executives

-Be able to effectively present solutions



-2 – 4years relevant salesexperience, preferably in IT Services

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Microsoft Office proficient

-Evidence of career progression and growth

-Bachelor's degree or equivelant
