POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for providing management oversight to a team of Account Executives and leadership and training support to Account Managers. They are accountable to provide training, support and guidance on escalated client issues and support development of client strategy. The primary focus is internal leadership to drive revenue and membership retention outcomes in the Southeast.

Fundamental Components:
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for providing management oversight to a team of Account Executives and leadership and training support to Account Managers. Through strong leadership and coaching, they will drive client satisfaction, revenue growth and member retention outcomes for clients based in the Southeast. This position is responsible for the team supporting clients in the 100-299 segment in the Southeast and focuses on the growing self funded business administered by Meritain Health.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Experience with providing guidance and support to Account Executives and Account Managers to develop strategy that will satisfy, retain and grow our business
Management of staff to include frequent one on one meetings, team meetings and trainings
Evaluate escalated needs; act as an internal advocate to drive resolution
Maintain strong understand of healthcare product offerings and business process
Forecasting and planning
Healthcare self-funded, self-insured experience required

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Licensed Life and Health Producer is desired
