MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports sales and Product Development in assessing and creating new solutions and product offerings
  • Keeps abreast of industry and Alegeus product knowledge and expertise as new products and features are released
  • Provides input to Director of Implementations to ensure continuous process improvement for client implementations
  • Assist sales and account executives during pre-contract client calls and meetings
  • Work closely with the project manager and business analyst to define project scope, set implementation timeline, assist with creating project plan and identifying project staffing needs
  • Through discovery, develop a deep understanding of client’s current state including their current CDH platform, systems, CHD plans and product offerings, integration points, business structure, and operational processes.
  • Developing the overall future state functional and operational design of the client’s custom solution on the Alegeus platform.
  • Configures the WealthCare Administration platform per the business requirements in the testing and production environments
  • Works with various technology partners for integration of external data elements
  • Ensures the various project workstreams and other supporting departments involved in the implementation are in sync and aligned with the future state design
  • Defines training approach, create custom training agenda, and oversees Training Team during client training
  • Defines testing approach, assists Business Analyst in creating custom testing program, and oversees client testing execution carried out by client and Business Analyst
  • Provides guidance and assists Data Conversion Team with conversion planning and oversees data and functionality mapping and data conversion execution
  • Responsible for working with the development team to create the high-level design for all custom solutions and/or custom code requirements
  • Assists in resolving client operational or technical questions or issues
  • Measures and makes final decisions on operational readiness with client

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in HealthCare, Bank and Financial Services, or CDH industry with understanding of HSAs, FSAs, DCAs, HRA, Commuter Benefits
  • Minimum of 3 years consulting experience, experience with business process analysis or business process improvement
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CDH administration and CDH platforms preferred
  • Strong consulting skills; able to clearly communicate information to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the client team
  • Consultative abilities, sound judgment decision making skills
  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously while continuously meeting deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail, and ability to develop detailed analyses
  • A strong sense of curiosity and drive to understand why and how things are done, and can explain the “why” to our clients
  • Ability to time manage and delegate as necessary
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client trust
  • Ability to understand client painpoints, problem solve, and provide multiple custom solutions
  • Ability to define and redefine business processes
  • Able to collaborate and persuade clients and third parties
  • Willingness to periodically be engaged outside of normal business hours to support customer upgrades and projects
