Hyrebuzz, LLC is excited to be working with Vector Airport Systems with an executive search for their new Client Services Manager located in Herndon, VA.
About Vector Airport Systems
Vector is an established software and engineering firm with expertise to deliver industry-leading aircraft tracking & identification technologies. Vector's product is currently supporting over 25 airports across the US. In addition, they fully manage the revenue streams for clients through their PlanePass product which is like EZ-pass for aircraft.

Ideal Candidate Profile
LEADERSHIP – You are a polished, proven leader and have directly led and managed people for at least the last 4 years. You will benefit from our exciting leadership development plan, but you MUST have demonstrated leadership success to be considered for the position.
EXCELLENT WRITTEN and VERBAL COMMUNICATION is key since you will be leading a team who communicates with people all day, every day. You will also communicate directly with our client airports.
About the PlanePass Department
·Coach and motivate the dedicated team of 4 who are the Vector's face to the aviation community and critical to keep customer service standards high; maintain our current 99.5% collection rate.
·Manage the PlanePass Billing Service Team, continuing to improve processes and inspire team members to consistently exceed standards for quality customer care and productivity.
·The PlanePass team supports the billing system in delivering 6,000+ invoices monthly; provides live follow-up service to aircraft operators; and collects $1.6+m monthly.
·Utilization of your existing project management skills to occasionally join the team in the field and show them how a real leader is willing to share in all aspects of their team's work.
·Minimum of 8 years expertise with 4 years managing or leading teams.
·Bachelor's degree from a US-based college or university.
·Nimble Leader with ability to prioritize and complete diverse tasks, gracefully navigating the changing needs of management and your team.
·Experience in technology systems and processes improvements.
·Prior Project Leadership experience to assist in breaking down problems and providing solutions.
·Expertise in Microsoft products with emphasis on MS Excel.
·Ability to think and act outside the box developing strategies with measurably results improving customer support quality and collections performance.
·Demonstrated analytical and data-driven approaches to solving business problems.
·High level of energy with an engaging and positive demeanor.
·No record of bankruptcies or other financial difficulties.
Preferred: Understanding of financial and accounting systems, accounts receivable management, financial reporting, and managing business banking.
