Responsibilities

· Oversees sales, delivery, and operations at accounts

· Annual revenue target of $3M-$15M*

· Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue and utilization goals)

· Main point of contact for the client within accounts, escalation point / senior account relationship management

· Responsible for account planning at the account level

· Builds intimate client knowledge and seeks opportunities to bring Slalom’s capabilities to meet client’s business and technology needs

· Oversees project delivery quality assurance

· Provides oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements

· Directly manages clients and/or and partners

· Facilitates client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)

· Manage team of 5 to 50 Consultants

· Responsible for staffing and utilization of team

· Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees

· Target utilization of 20%+

Qualifications

· 12-15 years prior consulting experience is required

· 10+ years management/leadership experience

· Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management

· Previous P&L responsibilities

· Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization

· Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision making skills

· Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction.
