You'll serve as a player/coach and manage, lead, and train a team of Commercial Sales & Service Professionals and direct and perform loan documentation and closings that support the sales team. You'll prioritize and assign work accordingly to your team and identify and institute projects. You'll serve as a transaction and problem resolution liaison with credit services and other business partners; and communicate and collaborate with the Commercial leadership team (Regional Market Managers, Market Managers, Market Team Leaders) to ensure effective and advanced support.
You'll interact with Clients, Managers, Banking Partners, Attorneys and Accountants regarding problem resolution and/or account maintenance. You'll manage a team and serve as the liaison between operational and support areas and customers. You'll perform research and communicate the resolution of the problem to the customer. You'll resolve questions and problems presented by clients concerning transactions in their accounts and day to day operational issues.

Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years’ experience; or equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
