Client Partner - Media Vertical
11 - 15 years experience • IT Consulting/Services
Client Partner with Media Vertical background to drive new business growth in an existing global account in Movies / Stuidos / TV sector. The role would be part of the larger account team globally focused for the particular customer and would lead all sales and delivery related activity.
Key functions and key responsibilities:
• Over 10-12 years of Industry experience with 3-5 years Account Management experience in a sales role.
• Good understanding and experience of Global Delivery - Onsite/Offshore Model.
• Excellent understanding of IT Services in one or more of Applications Outsourcing, Analytics and Information Management, Infrastructure Globalisation/Consolidation, Business Process management. (In order of preference)
• Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings. Develop long term valued relationships with the client.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.
• Ability to provide thought leadership, articulate value to executive levels amongst prospects in the Retail Banking space.
• Business Development – Proven Sales track record of account farming led business development. Experience of working with an IT Service Provider / Cosulting firm..
• Relationship Management - Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills underpinned with the relationship building skills to build business rapport and act as trusted advisor.
• Technology Understanding – Extensive understanding and experience on ITO Services
• Leadership - Extensive experience in managing key strategic objectives for internal and external stakeholders
