Currently seeking a Business Development Director / Client Partner for a full-service CRO. This mid-sized company has a global presence and requires a West-Coast US based Business Developer to build and develop a portfolio that focuses on Clinical, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance services. Reporting into the Global Head of Sales, this individual will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with clients to ultimately secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

?        Drive sales in target accounts across several verticals: clinical, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance

?        Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account

?        Network within the industry to identify potential business opportunities

?        Serve as the driving force to negotiate deals

?        Continuously monitor pipeline and ensure all leads and potential opportunities are being effectively pursued

?        Utilize CRM software ? Microsoft Dynamics

?        Develop new sales strategies that evolve as customer needs shift

?        Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and take the necessary steps to resolve and prevent problems

Prerequisites include:

?        8years of industry experience

?        MBA/MSpreferred

?        Thorough understanding of Clinical Trials

?        Strong relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large pharmaceutical companies

?        Ability to work independently, remotely, and up to 75% travel

?        Strong sales skills and demonstrated success records

$120K - $150K
$120K - $150K base, Base + Bonus bonus
