The Opportunity

Our high performing Client Development team is looking for a Client Manager to work closely with the Managing Directors and Client Directors to expand strategic client relationships and support clients. The main objective of this role is to help develop and execute the strategic account plan while ensuring a high quality of service and effective communications between the client and internal RMS business units.

Objective of the Client Manager:

Work closely with Managing Directors and Client Directors to help deliver impact and strategic value to clients

Support ongoing dialogue with clients, opportunity identification, and proposal development

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:

  • Develop extensive network and trust-based relationships with key influencers and users within client organizations
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase RMS impact and value-added at clients
  • Work productively with technical resources throughout RMS to engage with client influencers and decision-makers so that the client is exposed to the best of RMS
  • Shape effective proposals and communications to clients that effectively convey RMS value-added
  • Contribute effectively in key meetings with clients

Essential Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record

Minimum 5 years experience in insurance, software service, analytics or related fields

Hands-on experience with databases, modeling, and/or other analytical problem solving
