Client Manager/Associate Client Manager - Client Services & Sales - 9878

  • Be primarily responsible for conducting ad hoc qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Develop research plans that address client objectives and outline a path to discovery
  • Independently complete analyses using Nielsen’s proprietary tools and secondary data to develop insights that drive client outcomes, as well as platforms licensed by CVS Health, for example, to conduct online communities.
  • Drive engagement on client and internal Nielsen strategic projects and initiatives
  • Develop expertise and ability to advise industry leading clients on the voice of the customer and potential impact on strategic planning marketing plans and industry trends, participating in client discussions and presentations as applicable
  • Build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate across Nielsen teams and drive sales with clients


General Skills              

  • Ability to develop both qualitative and quantitative market research studies
  • Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills. You will be tested.                                                                     
  • Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations                                                                                          
  • Able to synthesize data, isolate insights from findings, & simplify the aggregate to craft and present a compelling story that addresses business objectives findings to solve client business issues                                                                                        
  • Able to take and synthesize critique
  • Able to maintain positive client relationships in complex situations & resolve client issues
  • Intermediate project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes


Background and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5+ years’ experience required  
  • Strong analytical aptitude and intuition
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software
