Your work falls into the following categories:

Strategy Development and Implementation
* Establish and build strong relationships with key partners in the divisions
* Identify key initiatives across the organization that may result in a need for L&D support
* Regularly consult within the organization to develop an in-depth understanding of the organization’s business and skill needs
* Share information about the organization with Sr Performance Consultant to inform development of learning strategy and solutions
* Negotiate and liaise across divisions and bring together key partners where alignment would be beneficial
* Look for opportunities across divisions to align position expectations and learning solutions
* Connect monthly with the Learning Community of Practice members and HRBPs in the divisions to ensure any L&D needs/projects are identified and prioritized
* Participate in early meetings with divisions on key initiatives to determine support needed
* Conduct stakeholder mapping and customer journey mapping to clarify and improve how we interact with the organization
* Own the Learning Community of Practice, direct all meetings and events for that community, including semi-annual conferences

Best Practice Research and External Support
* Keep abreast of best-in-class and current trends in training and development and make recommendations to improve or better align offerings with the goals of the company
* Leverage learning industry trends to foster greater efficiency and deliver innovation and positive learning experiences

Operations and Technology
* Leverage and align work to appropriate resources across the team to ensure work is completed in the most efficient and impactful way

* 8+ years of related experience in training and development or organizational development
* College Degree or equivalent work experience
* Demonstrated capability related to internal consulting with business and operations leaders
* Experience developing competency models and working in anagile environment ispreferred
