Position Overview

The Client Director will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible for significant revenue growth through both new and existing client sales. The Client Director will use business acumen and digital marketing expertise to build trusted advisor relationships with clients and identify how 3C solutions can help them achieve their business goals. This includes working closely with Business Development and Account Management teams on the development and execution of new client sales and account growth strategies to deliver measured value to clients and meet revenue growth goals. Additionally, the Client Director will be the main client advocate internally at 3C to ensure all appropriate resources are organized and engaged with clients to maximize the success of their programs and solutions.

Position Responsibilities

  • Meet sales and revenue growth objectives for new client acquisition and existing account base growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new client acquisition opportunities
  • Accountable for leading a cross-functional account team to support, retain and grow base of client accounts
  • Establish productive, professional client relationships with key stakeholders and serve as trusted advisor for mobile marketing strategies and solutions
  • Proactively lead a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, value targeting and growth strategies
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address client’s needs, while coordinating the involvement of all appropriate 3C team resources
  • Lead the organization, planning, quality and timely delivery of revenue generating sales presentations, proposals and other major revenue generating work streams
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs, as well as internal and external environmental influences

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from four-year accredited institution
  • 5+ years experience in sales, account management and/or related roles
  • 3-5 years of digital and/or mobile marketing industry experience
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing technology and concepts
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to set and achieve challenging goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building orientation
  • Strong business acumen and market perspective
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior development and delivery of client presentations
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • Assimilates and applies information necessary to performing the job
