You should feel comfortable providing proactive, thoughtful and high-quality advisory guidance by monitoring group inboxes and responding to daily inquiries from our sales team. This guidance will sometimes culminate in the need to set specific procedures, create training programs, and help enforce the policies you put in place. To that end, you should feel secure working in the MS Office Suite. Your ability to think thoughtfully will be on full display as you brainstorm with business colleagues on how to modernize the Alternatives Product Group platform and enhance the client experience.
Your ability to multi-task will help you as you navigate your relationship with sales and the business while simultaneously making sure our privately offered funds compliance programs stay up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, changing programs when new regulations are enacted, coordinating filings, and understanding and reacting to board obligations.
Finally, your strong writing and research skills will come into play as you help analyze new rules and regulations, update and draft agreements, navigate and respond to countless emails, and write clear and concise client communication. The ability to edit, review, and issue spot are critically important in this role.
As part of the Alternatives Product Group, you will be exposed to other areas of the firm and will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities. Your expertise and guidance will be critically important in helping shape the career of other team members.
