Position Overview

As a Client Account Manager (CAM) Manager, you will supervise a team of CAM’s, and Zones’ Hardware and Software Client Account Management teams are an extension of the Enterprise Sales Team. The CAM team is dedicated to collaborating with Zones internal resources and Sales to provide IT solutions and fulfillment with Five Star Service to Zones clients. Our mission is to drive customer success through Account, Order, and Opportunity management, creating value for the client, while maximizing profitability for Zones. You will support your team by celebrating wins, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.

The Client Account Manager (CAM) Manager is primarily responsible for:

  • Effectively manage a team of ISRs to obtain territory gross margin goals.
  • Ensure flawless execution between A/E, Client, Vendors and Zones partners.
  • Manage the sales, technical and customer service training of ISR teams.
  • Manage SLA performance of ISR team to meet client expectations
  • Assist Director with escalations and issue resolution
  • Identify gaps in process, work with cross functional teams to resolve

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills

  • BA/BS in business, purchasing, marketing, merchandising, materials management, or related field required
  • 7+ years required of experience in sales/customer service, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Excellent organization skills and process expertise
  • Ability to lead across departments to achieve a single objective
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and persuade
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Some travel requirements
