Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking an experienced, team-oriented, Client Account Leader / Sr Consultant to join our Global Client Account and Food & Beverage Segment Leadership teams, based in the U.S. he successful candidate will be located in or near one of the following Antea®Group office locations: Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; St. Paul, MN; Greater Philadelphia; Boston, MA or Denver, CO.

Our Food and Beverage Segment portfolio includes a diverse array of multi-national and mid-sized clients. This position will be responsible for developing and leading new Food and Beverage accounts, as well as growing established accounts and account teams with growth potential. We desire an experienced candidate with demonstrated skillsets in Client Account LeadershipOpens a New Window. for complex client organizations, building strong relationships as a trusted partner with key executives and strategic stakeholders throughout the client organization, and developing business for a variety of service lines and solutions through a Consultative Sales approach. This person will work closely with the Food & Beverage Segment strategic leadership team to develop and implement strategy for expanding our global services to these organizations, and lead a global team of project managers and technical practitioners through Antea Group and the Inogen Environmental AllianceOpens a New Window..

The successful candidate(s) will enjoy tackling complex challenges and have passion for building cohesive, accountability-based teams of multi-disciplinary professionals, empowering and equipping them to achieve goals of client satisfaction, technical excellence and project profitability.

Work experience in the Food and/or Beverage industry as a Senior Manager, Director or VP of EHS programs is preferred, as well as demonstrated consultative sales background or similar accountabilities.


The primary focus will be developing and implementing strategy for advancing Antea Group's full range of global services for Food & Beverage accounts through the following channels:

  • Expanding trusted partnerships with key executives and strategic stakeholders throughout the client organization
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities through a Consultative Sales approach
  • Overseeing services and work products to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience of "surprise and delight"
  • Working closely with both the Food & Beverage Segment and Practice Area strategic leadership team to bring industry best and leading-edge practices to the clients
  • Continuously monitoring competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Promptly addressing and or facilitating resolution to any issues, conflicts and concerns the client may express
  • Working with and leading project management teams to ensure profitable account financial performance
  • Mentoring and coaching junior account team members in developing the skills necessary to lead large, complex global accounts


  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience working with organizational environment, health & safety, on a global scale.
  • Must have a deep understanding of global EHS risk management, drivers, programs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in account development for large-scale clients, generating revenues more than $1,000,000.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in industry and consulting to Food and Beverage, manufacturing companies, technology companies, healthcare, chemical, or other general industry companies.
  • Professional certifications in relevant industries preferred (PE, PG, ASP, CSP, CIH, ARM, etc.) to the highest professional standards of quality.
  • Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems such as OSHA VPP, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is desired.
  • Must have a strong desire to build and lead a team, and directly interface with multiple clients and stakeholders. Additionally, must be able to take direction and coaching from both clients and team members.
