Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is adding an Account Manager to the team! This is a fully virtual position. Due to COVID-19, the interviews, onboarding, and training will also be conducted virtually.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to provide top-notch service to represent CBCS. As the primary point-of-contact, you will manage the account from the sales presentation through the life of the relationship, to include:
Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong claims background with at least 5 years of claims handling experience and at 2 years of account management experience. To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to details, very organized, and excel at building client relationships.
This position typically requires 25-30% travel; however, due to COVID-19, we are limiting travel and face-to-face meetings.
