We currently have an opening in Oakland, CA office for a Civil Engineer in our Transportation and Infrastructure division. The candidate will be responsible for supporting interdisciplinary projects, document preparation and production, assisting sub-consultants, as-built documentation, and quality. Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, well organized and quick learner. Additional experience in building and railway construction and/or design, embankment construction, and forensic knowledge of water intrusion in above and below ground structures.
Required Skills & Required Experience:
- 5 years + experience in transportation and building design or construction.
- Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in the following areas: geotechnical engineering, drainage, water proofing, water intrusion, mechanical systems, and technical reporting.
- Ability to interact with other technical disciplines.
- BS degree in Civil Engineering
