Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Serve as a liaison between designers, utility agencies, and clients; participate in client meetings and support ongoing relationship management.
- Manage boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, staking, topographic surveys, ALTA, utility surveys, and final mapping deliverables.
- Oversee project planning, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and industry requirements.
- Provide QA/QC oversight to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support contract performance.
- Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and review/approve invoices; assist with outstanding invoices and change order management.
- Promote T2ue services and support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging with current and prospective clients.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication, quality work products, and reliable service.
Qualifications:- Professionally licensed in engineering (PE), surveying or geology, or alternatively, 4 year college degree plus 3 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 8 years' experience in a utility design or utility construction related field, or alternatively, 2 years as a Project manager in the Utilities Division
- BSc/MSc Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related/relevant experience
- Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth KPl's for new business and key clients
- Ability to effectively work under pressure, strategic vision, organizational capability, market intimacy
- Ability to negotiate proposals and contracts
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Project manager experience necessary producing deliverables for Client contracts
- MicroStation/ORD, Auto CADD Civil 3D a plus
