CIO Corporate HR Functions – AIG, Location TBD
The CIO of Corporate HR Functions is responsible for leading, developing and implementing strategies for HR IT applications, platforms and processes supporting AIG’s global operations for Human Resources business services.
Reporting to the CIO of Corporate Systems, the role will lead the global Corporate HR Functions IT team, serving as the central point for setting strategy and priorities across the HR IT organization, and to ensure the adoption and delivery of efficient solutions.
Partner with HR Business to develop business solutions, leadership sponsorship, and to drive the successful adoption of strategic transformation programs Strong vendor management experience Partner with HR Business on vendor selection RFPs, from inception through to integration Transform existing business processes, and systems that are critical to the success of HR Analyze the technology currently in use for design, development and administration for efficiency and accuracy, as well as to recommend hardware and software upgrades as appropriate to improve operations, customer experience, consistency, with a lens on cost efficiency Streamline HR operations by leveraging relevant technology and industry best-practice to improve customer satisfaction, provide scale, optimize strategic benefits, and reduce operational risk Provide technology-expertise on HR business solutions such as SaaS, Cloud, on-premise, and custom applications, working closely with third party integrators Implement the HR data strategy to provide insights, and to drive informed decisions for human capital, and maximize ROI in HR services to enhance the employee experience Manage financials to achieve an optimized TCO for the HR portfolio Oversee the system infrastructure across the HR organization to achieve robust, secure and optimal performance Partner on developing the HR vision, with relevant and practical experience in delivering AI, Automation, and UX best-practice solutions to achieve goals Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high performing team of technologists to deploy and implement, existing and new, best in class IT software solutions. Experience with Workday, Salesforce, Cornerstone, and HRSoft is an advantage
