These standards are defined in the American College of Surgeons Optimal Resources for Children's Surgical Care (2015) document, and are required by the Children's Surgery Verification Quality Improvement Program. Accountabilities:Project Management ~ responsible for preparing Advocate Children's Hospital and Pediatric Partner for the Verification Process. Organization and Coordination of Pediatric Surgical Quality Program initiatives for Advocate Children's Hospital and Pediatric PartnerProgram Development and Enhancements to Children's Surgery Program with Medical Director of Surgery, Administrative Director of Surgery, CNE and other leaders within Advocate Children's Hospital and Pediatric PartnerCollaborates with Advocate Children's Hospital and Pediatric Partner to assure CSC standards are met and support needed for coordination of tactics for improving patient and program outcomes
