Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, is recruiting a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for our inpatient service. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine. Our system is comprised of three campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region.
Incoming provider will join an existing department of child and adolescent psychiatrists who cover 27 inpatient beds across two units. The service includes the full spectrum of multidisciplinary staff including social work, nursing, admin support and more. Clinical case load is 6-8 patients/day and the role is based in Cambridge.
Candidates should be BE or BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and a Harvard Medical School appointment is commensurate with medical school criteria. Teaching role includes education for psychiatry fellows, psychiatry residents, medical students, psychology trainees and social work trainees.
