As CRO, you will be leading the entire revenue generation process. You will participate in our executive leadership team, including:

  • Optimize & implement Agent Legend's Revenue Strategy
  • Manage inbound lead generation
  • Increase customer retention
  • Actively contribute to improving Customer Experience
  • Successfully enter new markets

You should have in-depth experience in strategic and hands-on development of current and new revenue models. You will be responsible for scaling inbound / outbound sales initiatives and expected to contribute to the management of the entire organization. 


  • Must have experience driving and scaling revenue of SaaS startup or early stage company to at least $20M ARR
  • Experience improving / expanding / scaling lead generation systems
  • Hands-on experience managing inbound marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI
  • 8+ Years of Management Experience with Sales and/or Business Development
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the Real Estate Tech space
  • Extensive Track Record driving and managing revenue generation
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills to motivate team members
  • Able to work within the executive team as a team player
  • Adept and effective at hiring highly productive A-player team members
  • Developing the appropriate KPI's and accountability systems related to revenue generation
  • Experience building/maintaining a CRM system
  • High energy level with a positive attitude in the work environment
  • You are a self starter and resourceful: you have the drive and wherewithal to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Able to work in a startup environment and culture. Our current employees work remotely from different states.
  • Four year degree in a relevant field
  • This position requires minimal travel as sales initiatives dictate
