The North American Chief Revenue Officer will drive overall Kantar NA new business sales efforts across the Kantar portfolio. They will lead North American sales teams to achieve their growth targets and must possess a proven track record of sales leadership success in a matrixed environment. The Chief Revenue Officer will focus on cross-Kantar sales strategy and new business development. This position will directly report to the CEO of Kantar- NA.
This leader is accountable for national new business revenue goals across the Kantar portfolio as well as being responsible for the national sales pipeline and sales forecast with regular reporting to Kantar management.
The Chief Revenue Officer will also manage business development resources—aligning talent and efforts to strategic business goals while motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members, encouraging a collaborative team spirit to attain our business goals. A successful hire will be able to partner across the divisions and client partners, bringing the right expertise to clients throughout the selling cycle.
They will be instrumental in leading complex, multi-solution pitches and coordinating resources across divisions.
CAPABILITIES & ROLE PROFILE
To be successful in this role, a CRO must possess strong sales acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad leadership team while reporting to the CEO of Kantar North America.
