Our client company is seeking an experienced refinery inspector to assure that company resources are directed and utilized safely and effectively in the equipment condition assessment and inspection functions within the Refinery.
You must be willing to:
· Be accountable for developing/implementing a plant/site wide fixed equipment inspection program for the construction/repair of pressure vessels/piping/other pressure equipment.
· Recruit/ mentor/maintain staff of qualified/certified API inspectors
· Assume overall responsibility for the RBI work process
· Develop department budget
· Support capital project inspection needs
· monitor critical process variables that affect equipment reliability
· Actively participate in company Fixed Equipment Network activities
Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)
· High School/GED (technical degree preferred)
· Current API 510/API 570 Certifications
· 10+ years’ (15+ preferred) experience in an oil refinery environment
· 5+ years’ supervisory experience
· 5+ years’ experience with Inspection Data Management Systems programs (prefer PCMS)
· (NBIC preferred)
