About the Position: This mid-sized hospital is part of a healthcare network. The position reports to the Chief Administrator. In this organization a culture of caring is important. The CQO will need to be able to drive change in a caring way. Will oversee staff in Medical Staff, Credentialing, Quality, Volunteering. This includes a few Manager and Director-level staff.

Requirements:RN and Bachelor's required. CPHQ and Master's highly preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience in a hospital setting within Quality. For-profit experiencedesired.
