As the Chief People Officer, you will be a valued member of the executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on building the people capabilities to maintain a high rate of growth worldwide. You will independently develop and manage a complex people organization which includes performance management, talent management, onboarding, workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, policies and compliance and employee engagement. This is an opportunity for a nimble and adaptive leader to balance a strategic focus with a “roll up the sleeves” mindset to both impact and shape a growing and successful business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage the global HR team and serve as strategic partner and advisor to the executive leadership team
  • Develop appropriate human resources and administrative policies and programs to support a growing, entrepreneurial and fast-paced business
  • Develop and execute diversity and inclusion program
  • Drive active participation in the local technology communities with the goal of becoming an employer of choice
  • Provide leadership, management and development to the team and lead with a very hands-on approach
  • Determine best practices to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement
  • Develop a global recruitment strategy and oversee a recruiting team that is consistent with the company management strategy and culture
  • Evaluate the current structure and plan for continual improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the full talent lifecycle including recruiting, learning & development, HR operations and employee engagement in business that is continually striving for greater efficiencies while scaling
  • Translate the strategic corporate plans into HR operational plans and successfully implement those plans
  • Specifically identify and project manage the implementation and operation of HR related systems
  • Effectively communicate needs and plans to the executive team with a data driven approach; develop regular reports and metrics for HR activities for the executive leadership team
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance; liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed on all employment related matters
  • Support Mergers and Acquisitions, including due diligence and integration

 Who You Are:

  • BA/BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years Human Resources experience required, several years in a VP role or top level HR position preferred
  • Certifications in PHR and/or HCI
  • Previous experience in high-growth, enterprise software/SaaS environments
  • Prior experience in Change Management with knowledge of current best practices and trends
  • Proven track record of strong leadership skills, high sense of urgency and proactive decision making capabilities
  • Proven ability to navigate new spaces in talent management
  • Strategic thinker, superior communicator and confident decision-maker
  • Strong appreciate and focus on culture
