RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop a deep understanding of our business, including financials, client relations, and internal systems
- Ensure the scalability of our foundation, making long-term strategic decisions for improvement and growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with all team members, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and part of the team
- Enhance key metrics and streamline processes across departments
- Implement and follow EOS consistently across all business activities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Conduct productive L10 and other meetings, ensuring alignment, actionable steps, and follow-through
- Maintain full P&L management
- Continuously address and solve day-to-day challenges
- Remove barriers and obstacles
*This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Owensboro, KY*QUALIFICATIONS Required - 3+ years of senior operations leadership with a proven impact on scaling and process improvement
- Experience leading multiple departments, managing a team of 20+ employees and at least 3 direct reports
- Financial acumen with a history of managing complex budgets of at least $5 million
- Experience setting and executing strategic goals
- Project Management experience
Preferred- Experience managing 7+ direct reports
- COO experience
- Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience
- Agile experience
- Software development experience
Desired- Experience in regulation heavy or agriculture industries

Salary: $130,00 - $140,000
