Provide executive leadership throughout Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Specialty Pharmacy operational units including strategic and operational oversight to drive operating model performance and implement strategic initiatives.

*** Implement short and long-term strategic priorities and business objectives through project planning, implementation, and operational execution.

*** Translate strategic objectives from business transformation initiatives into actionable plans and ensure execution.

*** Partner with leadership team and stakeholders to define and deploy key performance indicators to monitor past, current, and future performance of business processes.

*** Develop, prioritize, and execute business process excellence initiatives to identify and address process and operational inefficiencies.

*** Identify top areas for Selling, General and Administrative Expenses and Cost of Service improvements and implement plans to achieve desired savings.

*** Oversee business intelligence across business segment to include data, analytics, and reporting requirements for new and existing operations.

*** Partner with operational leadership teams to design and implement work flow optimization and automation processes.

*** Develop and oversee data analysis efforts to produce data reporting models, including federal and state deliverables, contract deliverables, ad hoc reports, and internal reports.

*** Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies, and internal compliance policies and guidelines.
