  • Directs all aspects of company strategic and tactical marketing objectives. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of company operation including directing, business development, sales initiatives and policies.
  • Develop, in collaboration with the President an annual operating plan that supports the CEO and corporate?s long term operations strategy;
  • Manage the financial P&L?s of multiple Divisions insuring strategic goals are met.
  • Assist the President in developing the long term business strategies of the Corporation;
  • Keep the President fully informed in a timely and candid manner of the conduct of the day-today operations of the Corporation towards the achievement of its established goals and of all material deviations from the goals or objectives and policies established;
  • With respect to operational matters, ensure communications, resolution of issues and project development have the oversite needed for success;
  • Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity with systemic positive environment;
  • Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels;
  • Assess and manage the principal risks of the Corporation's business within operations (divisional service lines, proposals, projects and staffing);
  • Ensure that there is an effective succession plan in place, consistently updated for changing times for the COO position;
  • Evaluate the performance of senior management reporting to the COO, including setting goals and directing the mission;
  • Perform other functions related to the office of the COO or as may be requested by the CEO or President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • ?        10-15+ years?experience in management
  • ?        7+ years?experience in Executive or ?C? level management
  • ?        Bachelor?s degree in business, finance, management (MBA or JDPreferred)
  • ?         Successful Business Development experience in the Federal Contracting space needed
  •  Advanced organizational leadership skills and proven abilities
  • ?        Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills
  • ?        Budget-focused mindset
  • ?        Federal Customer experience and exposure in acquisitions, facilities, healthcare, of security
  • ?        Tech Savvy knowledge and experience in day-to-day use and to driving solutions by using technology as a tool
