Strategic Leadership & Operational Alignment:

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insight and recommendations on key business decisions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.

Initiative Management & Execution:

• Oversee and manage cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop project plans, establish clear timelines, and coordinate resources to support the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Leadership Team Support:

• Facilitate leadership team meetings, including agenda planning, capturing action items, and driving accountability for follow-ups.
• Monitor and track progress on organizational goals, ensuring key priorities stay on schedule and within scope.

Culture & Team Development:

• Act as a culture champion, helping to reinforce company values across the organization.

Requirements:

• You are located in New York City.
• You have a Bachelor's degree.
• You are comfortable coming into the RealSelf downtown Manhattan office 2-3 days a week.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project management or consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

$110,000 - $180,000 a year

*Compensation will be evaluated based on experience.
