Overview

As the Chief of Staff, you will play a key role in helping the organization achieve its most important strategic objectives in the coming years.  Reporting directly to the CEO, you will closely collaborate with the CEO, management team and broader organization in the formulation and execution of strategic goals and initiatives.  The Chief of Staff will coordinate and deliver cross-functional initiatives that contribute to continued growth and success of the organization.  The ideal candidate will be natural collaborator and problem solver who possesses a high intellectual curiosity and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Role Requirements

  • Support Nevro’s quarterly and yearly goal setting as well as operational planning process;
  • Track and manage progress of key initiatives and priorities;
  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives and projects;
  • Prepare and review presentations, materials, and deliverables related to customer, investor and internal events;
  • Bring an independent perspective as a trusted partner to the CEO and management team;
  • Leverage communication programs and events support the reach of the CEO and management team;
  • Plan and facilitate effective meetings and maintain the calendar of such events.

 

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration required;
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired;
  • 4+ years of relevant experience;
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with executive management;
  • Proven creative thinker with strong business acuity;
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and trust;
  • Passionate about Nevro’s mission and the Chief of Staff role;
  • High intellectual curiosity and interest in learning and continuous development;
  • Tremendous work ethic and willingness to succeed;
  • Ability to analyze and compile large data sets and present effective and actionable conclusions;
  • An energetic leader possessing a positive attitude and a strong drive;
  • Proven problem solver who can make we thought out decisions while under pressure;
