Our client is a private equity backed healthcare services company that is on an impressive growth trajectory with plans to expand into new markets and service offerings across the U.S.

We are seeking a highly strategic Chief Information Officer who can evaluate the current systems and infrastructure and put together an IT roadmap for the business and then develop and lead the team to execute on that vision. This role requires strong project management expertise, multi-site integration experience and an ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level. As CIO you will implement a streamlined approach to technology across the various businesses and service lines. The IT leader will work closely with the CEO and the rest of the management team in order to gain a deep understanding of the operations of the business and to leverage best of breed technology to enable and to enhance the internal operations as well as the customer experience.

The compensation package will include a highly competitive cash package along with additional bonus and long term incentive.
