Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, a multi-specialty teaching hospital, seeks a board-certified Pediatrician to serve as Division Chief for General Pediatrics to oversee a large division that includes Pediatric Hospitalist Medicine, Academic General Pediatrics, and Child Abuse. The Division Chief provides the vision, oversight, and guidance to achieve the clinical, educational, and academic goals of the division. Applicants should be at or above the level of Associate Professor and must have strong academic credentials; existing grant support is preferred. The Division Chief will hold a faculty appointment at Jefferson Medical College with teaching of medical students and residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinical duties will be determined based on the interest and experience of the applicant, and may include inpatient service, outpatient clinic, and resident continuity clinic preceptor.
