Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Arbour Counseling Services and Arbour Senior Care
Arbour Counseling Services and Arbour Senior Care is located in Braintree, MA considered one of the neighborhoods in the City of Boston. Arbour Counseling consists of nine free standing clinics which offer a continuum of services that include outpatient office visits, PHP's for Adults, Adolescents, and Children. intensive outpatient services for substance use, and a community based program that serves most of Eastern Massachusetts. Over 10,000 clients are provided with services each month.In addition, Arbour Senior Care provides mental health outreach to 100 extended care facilities statewide. Approximately 500 residents are seen each week.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting. Behavioral health strongly preferred.
•Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred
•Proven record of success improving the profitability of a hospital by continually monitoring costs in all areas, especially staffing as it relates to patient volume.
•At least 5 years of experience overseeing the Business Office functions to ensure cash collection goals are met, and net revenue is properly stated.
